Operating since 2019 in Argentina and 2020 in Chile with corn ear harvesting services, we will soon be present also in Eastern Europe.

Agri8 was born to complement the agricultural production chain. Through structured farms, we are prepared to produce, from grains to beef cattle, meeting the demand of different market windows. With irrigated and dry crops, our goal is to reach 1 million bags of corn seeds per year by 2030. Our feedlot project has a static capacity for 50 thousand head of cattle, which can put on weight 125 thousand head per year.

Energy generating energy. Cogeneration is an important process for the growth of companies, providing strength to make them even more independent and sustainable. Our first unit, located in Paracatu-MG, has the capacity to generate 4 megawatts of clean energy, through residual biomass originated from the processing of corn seeds.

Machines need to be in the field, available and at full strength. The essence of our business is to bring our expertise in maintenance of agricultural machinery services to our clients. In the country where agribusiness does not stop, we cannot stop either.

The used becomes new. GTS is a dealer of vehicles and machines originating from the activities of the Vertical Group. From the renewal of the group's fleet, the equipment is made available to the market, creating business opportunities for those who want to purchase quality equipment.

Growing with social and environmental responsibility and without waste, Segredo Agroflorestal unites in a silvopastoral system, more than 4.2 million trees planted and 1.7 thousand head of cattle, reaching 60 thousand tons of CO2 per year, destined to carbon offset.

TS Agrícola was acquired to expand the reach of Transgrãos operations. Operating predominantly in Goiás, with 11 units, our strength ensures more stability and predictability to the logistical bottlenecks of the country.

In Brazil, Valorem is the pioneer and largest toller in corn seed processing services. We have the largest installed intake capacity in the Americas and we are located in the main corn seed production center in the country, with 6 units in Brazil, and soon in other countries.
